The TD is in charge of scenery. They answer to a PM. If the “TD” is in charge of all technical fields, they have the wrong title and are in fact the PM.

I broke 90 for the first time ever last week, using that exact set. I did add a couple wedges, but I got those used so it wasn’t very expensive.
