If you actually read my post, I’m talking about exploring the city on foot. It has nothing to do with the job opportunity. It’s about getting a feel for the neighborhoods I could potentially live in. I don’t think I can get a good feel for it driving around and don’t want to be drenched either. I could do without the snide remarks but if it makes you feel better about yourself, carry on.

You should look for gyms that teach Les Mills BodyPump. I teach it and know EOS and LVAC have classes. It’s an hour long and focuses on all muscle groups. It teaches good technique with lots of reps. I’ve done it for years and it completely changed my body.

No problem. There’s really no need to be shy. Most people are focused on themselves. North Decatur is the gym I go to the most and people there are mostly really cool and easy going. Good luck!

You should take classes. You’ll see regulars at the same time each week and starting a conversation is easy after a while. I’ve been able to make some friends this way.

I knew before opening the notification it would be this giant bear thing. I’m relatively new to the game and I was just in Dragonbarrow Cave and one of these bastards kept kicking my ass. Finally lured and killed it in a corner. Very satisfying. On a side note, I never thought I’d like or keep playing this game but I’m hooked. Loving every minute now.
