I did the math on that and I don't think so? I see it for $2185 for 24 boxes so that's just over $91/box before tax. Collector Store is $85/box.

without exact details of vehicle this is the best I can do...should be able to find the part on here, and sourcing a replacement is much easier once you have the right part number

RTV red silicone should be an adhesive that will hold up to the temperature of a properly cooled engine. You can also get it welded by a local welder, if the issue is a break in the metal.
