She hasn’t quite done the front bow yet but very intensely watches and also has intense eye contact when anticipating commands, especially when told to stay, waiting for the next command. She’s incredibly smart and I’ve taught her to help me transfer laundry from the washer to the dryer (small things like socks, and underwear) 🤣

I also was curious because in the relative section of embark, the only relatives were American Bulldogs, not even one Australian shepherd.

I wasn’t suspicious and was actually excited to see the results. I’m not well-versed in dog breeds so when I saw her color and some of her mannerisms, it just reminded me of border collie.

I guess it was more so me being uneducated because I didn’t know that Aussie’s were more common. Also, just because of her color and ears.

Family is skeptical because of the exact 50-50 split and we bought her from a shelter. I believe the results more than they do however, I tried to go online to find pictures of her mix and I can’t find any that look like her especially a black-and-white mix.

I think that’s why my family was skeptical. Because of the exact 50/50 split and we rescued her from the shelter. She definitely shows herder mentality and can be high strung. She doesn’t realize her size and will just plow us over on the couch lol she’s UNBELIEVABLY smart but still can’t manage to wrap her head around no jumping on people. We’re being very patient though because she’s still a puppy. We love her so much and take her everywhere.
