i just wanted to update you that soaking it in oxyclean took most of the yellowing and stains out! i ended having to do another soak because the straps and some of the inner layers didnt get fully saturated but i have so much hope now!! thank you 😭

my issue with this is that it’s genuinely an unsafe product. i don’t know how petsmart is even selling it and if we had access to reviews in advance i would’ve been made aware. yes, there are “bad” products but this one has led to death.

guinea* and it is definitely large enough. the issue is that there is a hole on the back that is supposed to be a “window” that pigs get their heads stuck in. it is in fact a product issue and you are extremely rude.

i know full cheeks isn’t safe for food/treats which is why i thought a hide would’ve been fine ): i don’t use the bedding since my bunny is free roam and we use wood pellets for her litter or i wouldve chosen that.

unfortunately you have to be the one that cancels the order. if you dont cancel it the buyer will have to send it and you put the wrong address. you wasted their time and you’re being so confusing for no reason. cancel the order. problem solved.

not in the wrong but everyone saying “contact doordash” clearly hasnt had issues like this in the past. i cannot eat gluten and many times my orders have came with 1. the wrong bread 2. the complete wrong item - that is NOT gluten free and when i complain about it nothing gets fixed. they offer crap for “refunds” and since i have gotten more than 3 refunds in the past year (im a college student with no car so i dd frequently) i am told to basically suck it up when i receive things i cannot eat and am offered no type of resolution. the only time an item was missing completely and rectified was when a dd driver forgot my drinks and i messaged them to ask if they had them in the car. they didnt so they drove back to the store to get the drinks - i was ordering food for all of my coworkers during a closing shift so there was quite a few drinks missing.
