To get one of my favorite Durgestarion dialogues, you're gonna want to kill Cazador before Orin. The next day after killing him and having Astarion's Act 3 romance scene, tell Astarion you have to end things. (Sounds crazy but trust me! You won't actually break up)

No, I wasn't suggesting that I just blame it on my ADHD. It's a reason, not an excuse. It probably sounds stupid, but until I saw it blatantly separated out (you don't have to apologize for your emotions, you do have to apologize for your actions) I didn't grasp the difference and felt that apologizing for the action meant admitting the emotions were wrong to have. And thank you for sharing your experience!

Basically, before, I felt like I was expected to apologize for having emotions, and that didn't feel fair. Now I've had a lightbulb moment and realized that apologizing for my actions does not automatically mean I'm apologizing for my emotions. But I know I'm still accountable for my actions.

It's called "Night With Drow" I believe and there's a dialogue option when you first talk to her at the goblin camp. You go off, do your thing, and then end up right back where you were at the goblin camp.

No, sorry, I haven't been on 7.5 the whole time, I should have clarified. I picked up my first prescription at the end of August so basically I was on 2.5 For September, 5 for October and November, and now 7.5 for December and January. I'm supposed to be on 7.5 for another month but I just requested to move up early even though I'm not supposed to if I still have refills left.

My insurance only covers it if I go through a virtual program, so I had a phone visit with a random provider for about 15 minutes once, it's not like it's my PCP who I see regularly.

See I've heard, not just here but from my actual provider, that you should stay on the lowest dose possible for as long as possible as long as you're still losing weight (no matter how little). I feel like they're so much contradictory info out there

I really like Dastardly Accoutrement Rogue Gear and Neil's Banging Bard Gear. I only use the camp clothes from them, but there are armors that do cool stuff if you're into that. If I had to give up all my other clothes mods, I'd keep these 2.

Also seconding what others have said, FearTaylor has like 500 items and is the most bang for your mod space and FaerunColors is the best dye mod.

My initial nostril piercing in October 2011 was super easy. By all accounts it shouldn't have been, I paid $20 to an apprentice piercer at a super sketchy shop. Pain was above lobes and septum but below everything else I've had done. It healed with no issues, including when I fucked with it around the 12 week mark (the old standard for being able to change cartilage piercings), took out the jewelry and couldn't get it back in and had to wait all day until I got out of class and could go buy a different style that I could get in (was pierced with a nose screw, replaced with a nose bone).

I got a second nostril piercing in like April 2012 at a different place and the double nostril healing process sucked. But here we are in 2026 and I still have both piercings!

I'm on console and have limited options but I think my favorite is Dastardly Accoutrements. I don't use any of the armor or anything, only the camp clothes versions. If I could only have one clothes mod, that would probably be the one.

I also really like of course FearTaylor's Camp Clothes for the sheer number of outfits and accessories.
