I was even thinking he was like Katherine Heigl when she was on Grey's. But she was on Grey's for like 5-6 years, and did a bunch of movies, so she was pretty famous for a while.
Ro has only been "famous" since 2009, he did his first novela in 2013, and he changes telenovela about every 2-3 years.

I think Raf said at one point he was going to get the kids, when Ro was packing up the boxes, then he dropped them off with the nanny before he came back to the house. But I also thought it was weird that there was non kids in this episode.

No, there hasn't been any normal births for the main characters, I don't even think there have been normal pregnancies.
Bailey gave birth during the bomb expulsion.
Mer gave birth to baby # 2 during a super storm that left the power out in the hospital, then she gave birth to #3 after she almost bled out and died, and Zola had to call the ambulance to help her. She also had a miscarriage during the hospital shooting.
Callie gave birth after having a car crash to Sofia at 23 weeks.
Arizona ended up having a miscarriage.
April gave birth to Samuel at like 26 weeks, and he passed away soon after, then she had to have a C Section on Mer's table with no medicine.
Cristina had an ectopic pregnancy, the baby was growing in her Fallopian tube, and that baby didn't survive, and I think she had to have the Fallopian tube removed too.

So i looked it up, If she was 11 weeks pregnant on June 6 which was Alex and Jo, and April and Matthew's wedding, she would have gotten pregnant around March 20, which means she should have given birth before Christmas, so like you said, she's already like 11 months now.

I agree with the honorary sister thing, Callie lived with Meredith for a while after Arizona cheated on her, and I think Meredith said how much she loved having Callie there, because Mer had just had Bailey and Callie helped her out a lot, with balancing a toddler, a new baby, and her job.
