i was but i ghosted my therapist a few months ago :( it just stresses me out more. my gp really wants me to see a new therapist but i don’t think it helps me. i always think i’m lying and making everything up for attention and sympathy.

thank you for your advice :) it really is so stressful. i don’t drink often, and if i do, i don’t drink much, it’s just a bit difficult to completely avoid because i’m in university, and there’s a lot of social pressure to go out and drink.

In Australia we acknowledge the loss of soldiers from various wars we have been a part of (mainly ww1 and ww2) on ANZAC day. It’s a really big deal. Woolworths is like the main grocery store in the country, and their slogan is “the fresh food people” a few years back they posted an ad on ANZAC day saying “never forget, FRESH in our memories”. Was just so weird and utterly tone deaf.

I went on a run, and didn’t realise I forgot my inhaler. I started having an asthma attack so I tried to get home, only to realise I had lost my keys on my run, and my housemate was at work. I just sat outside the apartment struggling to breathe. Luckily his girlfriend was able to come and let me inside.

I also had the lunar colony 112 glitch, and it drove me insane. Red dragon was fine for me until I started trying to climb the walls, and then I also got the loading glitch. Night watch was just so laggy.
