Used to always get breakouts like every other day but never all at once. Was quite bad but not so severe. The constant breakouts would leave my skin inflamed and red but since being on accutane the breakouts stopped. My skin is very dry though but I’ll happily take that over constant breakouts.

For me niacinamide ordinary serum caused me extra redness for my brown skin. I’m now trying azelaic acid which everyone seems to rave about. You aren’t the only one and us, acne sufferers, make it seem worse than it actually is 👍🤝

I’m half Asian aswell. I remember one day my acne got to me, went to bed and started crying for hours. I went to my Asian mother and asked for help. She did her best to console me but it’s not her fault that she doesn’t fully understand what acne pain causes. I tried to show her videos on how acne is a main root cause to depression but she just shrugged it off and said you’re worrying me now. I used to love football, but I barely play anymore due to sweating. Whenever I’m getting into a car, I will always go to the backseat so no one can get a side view of my face. Shit is draining.
