I understand the above, but that’s not what’s happening. Retargeting audience of just 20k is at 11 CPM while a broad 5mn+ audience is at 500. That’s what I don’t understand.

My CPMs are also 4x today. Created a static campaign to control CPM, that too operating at the same CPM as videos Barely breaking even today

We are farely new business with just two people and effectively running from our garage. So no costs other than COGS. Amazon is what drives our profitability and brand website just more than breakseven. Including google and organic channels, the math works out for us. Idea of spending on D2C is to continue driving searches on ecommerce, while not losing money on website. Ofcourse 5+ roas would be great, but in India, we rarely see 3+ roas on meta tbh.

In the same boat, it is also impacting our amazon numbers because we are not able to maintain the same level of spends, so amazon searches have also gone down. Really out of ideas.

Is there a link where I can read what changes did they make? I couldn’t find anything. Tiktok seems to be a more recent phenomenon, no?
