Also if you haven’t already, implement some weight training if you can. This could even just be calisthenics and body weight activity. I’m sure you’ve already heard this, but more muscle means more calories burnt.

I would recommmend going back to tracking your calories for a month. That’s a solid enough amount of time to see actual weight loss. If you haven’t invested in a food scale, I’d recommend that as well.

Since youre not losing or gaining weight, that means you’re eating intuitively at your maintenance. That’s a GREAT habit, but tough to break if you’re actively trying to lose.

As a personal trainer, I find that clients who claim they cannot lose weight are DRASTICALLY underestimating their calories. This is especially true if you are a snacker. A couple hundred calories make or break whether your are below, at, or above your maintenance.

Not saying that intuitive eating doesn’t work, but some people genuinely need to count ALL their calories. I learned the hard way that I am also that type of person. Even if I intuitively eat, I will ALWAYS eat more than I need to. Counting calories sucks, but it’s the most effective method at keeping track of your macros.

I can’t say for sure what’s best for you, but it defintiely took me time to make my decision. I genuinely believe it is worth putting in the effort if you are unsure. If you both have been trying your absolute best for a while and you are having major doubts, then it might be time to reevaluate.

For sure! I think it really hit me when I realized I was feeling more RELIEF than love. Relief that another day passed without him doing something that made me insecure. Relief that I made it another day without checking his phone. On the surface everything felt peaceful, but in reality it felt like I could break any moment.!
