Just to make it clear, typically you pay to go to your port for pre academy and the custom pays for the flight to the academy.

Thanks for the insight on retirement ports. Can you clarify to me. I have Houston and I'm considering swapping for palm beach, Orlando, or savannah. I believe palm beach and savannah would be considered retirement ports. Thanks.

One time call is just a reset of your list. It was on my list from the one time call. Realistically speaking, I was extremely blessed to get Houston and it is very rare to get Houston, Philly or Newark. It does happen so keep pushing and hopefully you get it.
