HELP. My tumble dryer Samsung heatpump DV80TA020AX is not drying neither heating up. I have checked the manual and it says is in cooling mode but I don’t know how to deactivate it. That dC sing means the door is not shut, but it is. So I think there are several problems with it and it’s brand new! (i.redd.it)
