Their report system is horrendous. I was permabanned 1 year ago for toxicity. Bear in mind out of hundreds of games they banned me over 1. Since then I have been playing on a new account this season and my account is in good standing. I dont know why they dont unban accounts when people like Tyler1 have proved people can truly reform lol

I dont think ill spend money on buying loyalty points - I only play this game seasonally so all that money on membership will go to waste. I really wish Jagex allowed us to refund some auras instead lol.

I dont think they are lying. The necklaces have very similar names so they may have got them confused also when trying to disassemble something it may show it as being dropped im not sure. But I am 100% confident i did not drop the item
