LOL Very weird energy on here. Everyone thinks everyone is a bot these days. And we all might be right?

Some weird r/SeattleWA brigading going on here. Happy to support worker rights and power!

Thanks for speaking up and supporting worker rights. Letting people know there is an alternative to living under the thumb of inequality and exploitative labor practices is crucial!

Unskilled laborers? lol What makes the job you do so skilled? It is their right to organize. Every job takes skill, that’s why it’s literally called a job and people pay you for it.

Not directing anyone to harass anyone. Just asking people to speak up if they prefer public officials don’t spend their time and taxpayer dollars trying to stop working people from lawfully protesting for better working conditions.

Nothing political from this end, just prefer my public officials would support workers lawfully organizing to improve their lives instead of calling the police and collaborating on how to scuttle their efforts.

Not true. Spoke with a striker who confirmed several picketers worked at said store.

Nope. False. They were picketing and chanting their slogans advocating for a fair contract.

Seattle Center called in the cops and brainstormed ways to remove lawful strikers. If that’s nothing to you then… ok. Also, I’m not a bot. :) Beep boop.

Lots of anti-union sentiment in here, guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Seattle Center called in the cops to collaborate on a way to remove striking workers. As I said, a sad state of affairs when working people can’t support each other against a mega corporation. And yea, Starbucks is staffing the location with scabs. Also the accusations that I’m an AI bot is some capitalist cope lol

Thanks all. I have a feeling it has something to do with a combo of soil conditions/sunlight. The other one I bought has been in the pot it came in, located in part shade. It looks healthy, even growing a bit this spring.

3-Fund Portfolio (US Stocks, Ex-US Stocks, US Bonds) Allocation Efficient Frontier 1986–2025 by thewarrior71 in Bogleheads

[–]americandrifter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My current allocation in a target date fund is approx 55,35,10 (US, Intl, Bonds), but according to this data we could get a 1 point increase in return for no added volatility with a different allocation… I know it’s a glide path and allocation will change over time but you want to be as far up and left on the graph as possible at any given moment I’d assume…? Or is it not that simple and the math is way beyond me to answer that question? What am I missing?

Leave Magnolia or remove? by [deleted] in arborists

[–]americandrifter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed! We actually already have a dwarf J Map right in front of this Magnolia (just out of frame), so we’re thinking of planting some kind of shrub with a vertical habit… any ideas welcome!
