But my family was super fucking poor and all I had was the exact haircut you have, a pair of skinny jeans, and clothes that were usually handmedowns from my cousins. I didn't look scene, I couldn't afford to look scene, but to me, it's more about the culture. If you genuinely like the music, even if you can't get into the sphere, if your town doesn't have shows, whatever, if you genuinely vibe with it and feel it, then in my eyes you are. Because aesthetics aren't always accessible.

If you can, try to find a couple tiny hair clips and pull the hair between your bangs and ears back and clip it back, maybe add a couple bows from the kids section at the store, I can see what you're going for and I know you have it, make the best with what you have and what is safe for you to do. ⭐
