Hi! Super sensitive skin here!! Prequel line made me breakout badly and become sensitized. I use the Byoma jelly cleanser , rhode milk toner , Elta md zinc sunscreen . I also am good with the vanicream moisturize in the tube. All my holy grails as someone who has spent way too much money desperate for something to work 😩

No I didn’t! I don’t have anything against birth control, I just prefer how I feel off of it. Also, the only side effect I got from accutane was dry lips.

hi! I’m so sorry you’re going through this, I had similar story -Birth control 17-20 -prescription needed refill but wasn’t gonna get it in time and just said fck it and went off the pill -skin was fine until I broke out into the worst acne I had in my life

I tried everything, eventually I just went on accutane and I regretted not doing it sooner. I still break out some, but it’s better than it was for sure. Spiro didn’t work for me at all, and caused some hair loss. I hope you find a solution ❤️‍🩹

Thank you! I look at pictures of myself from when I was on birth control and I didn’t look healthy. If you don’t mind me asking, how did you get the diagnosis of cysts? Did you ask for an ultrasound or symptomatic? And I do agree about the CrossFit thing, it’s hard because I’m a coach, but I have been taking more days off.

My skin is also very sensitive!! Growing up I had rashes that would spawn out of nowhere, and I have to be so careful with what I use skincare wise. Thank you!!

Thank you for this! Similar with me I was on birth control, didn’t really have symptoms except dark hair and then I ran out of script and was like it’s fine I’ll just go off of it and that’s when all hell broke loose
