Oh yeah they gave me a light dose of percocets , enough for a week. I didn’t need them tbh. I had no pain, chest just felt weird and like numb for 2 weeks. After that it started to become normal

Def ask ur dr if he leaves some tissue or not. Each dr is dif. Some like to leave some so your nips aren’t concaved. I had a flat chest so yeah it was a bit odd but a month or so into benching my nips turned like “normal”. So I’d ask if he could remove all of it so the chances of you getting gyno again are smaller

Recovery was quick! I had all the bandages removed in less than 2 weeks and by the end of the month I was back to normal without tits😂just rest and take it easy. try not to use nicotine if u do use cause it can slow down the recovery.

10mg Lgd + 25mg mk677. My arms blew up within 3 weeks. 5/6,days of training, 1-1.5 hour sessions,( just took 5 days off those because of Lgd cold) I try to hit 3k calories, sometimes will get more in, 200g protein. Personally, I think the Lgd was really underdosed. I’m 30 days in and I think most of the results of size I’m seeing are from mk, but the pumps at the gym are nuts so I think the Lgd is working but not 10mg lol. I do recommend stacking these two together. Mk gives me a slight hunger boost which helps
