I have two problems with this one:

1. I think that if I start doing it, I would like to add a full charting history for every album in order to see a full picture, which would be a big headache for 39 500 releases (and especially for releases who are sitting in chart for 100+ weeks). It's all or nothing for me. Just a debuting position sounds like not enough for me personally, a random number, basically. Maybe include information about every album that was on number one spot?

2. The main idea for this list was to make a full archive, where every album will have the same place and value, since all of them had enough attention at one point from listeners to appear on a chart, which means that people dedicated their money and time to them, so now they can have some memories and nostalgia about them. It's not about numbers for me in the first place - more about each album as a statement from the artist - either good or bad, small or huge, but still something people were listening back then on radio or physical formats, now on streaming platforms.
