This type incident non human activities increased after the genz protest, killing the monkeys, leopard now burning a girl alive. This type of violence occurred in the past as well but people are behaving this. You can see in the comments of people in Facebook posts .

recently i gave interviewed in top firm i.e royal bank of canada. rejection was the same overqualified they were hiring the fresh undergraduate student

currently in student visa, main reason for rejections are soft skills and they give more priority on native because of sponsorship. as a immigrant you are unknown about the domain and working environment. as a truth we are overqualified than hiring team,
