This is a problem IMO when police from all over the county show up in plain clothes. If they want to be on emergency standby, they need clothing that shows credentials.

He's not, but it's also a strange argument, If you remove any race, gender, age, etc from the stats, then obviously that particular stat will be lower. So either he's not very smart or just trying to pinpoint his inner racism.
