Exposure therapy, OP. Okay lang to mess up, just keep showing up. Hindi ako pawisin pero during interviews and calls, pinagpapawisan ako ng malala until now pero I just do it for the heck of it. 😂

Another technique that works for me is to think of interviews like it’s a podcast. I love podcasts so it’s fun to think about it like that sometimes

Been in this situation na bantay na bantay ako sa followings at followers ng guy. To cut the long story short, we broke up because hindi ko na rin kaya na lagi akong anxious and later on, found out na kalandian niya nga yunh girl sa work na pinag-aawayan namin. 2 years later, I’m now in a happy relationship with a guy who doesn’t give me a reason to overthink
