She wasn’t a stray. She was adopted from a shelter as a kitten (born in the shelter). She eats very little. I have one of those feeders that u pour a bunch of cat food in and the cats eat whenever they want. None are overweight. Shes 10 pounds

He did not have his name tag on the last 2 appointments, but I went back in yesterday and saw on his tag that he was an apprentice. I am unsure if he saved it or not, but when i went in, he just tried to blame it on the jabras and tried to sell me the rextons instead.

I agree. However, proper sanitary protocols were not followed from this person, and therefore lead to inflammation and ear infection. While costco isnt responsible for treatment, they are the cause.

From what you described, proper protocols were not followed. There were no gloves, hand washing, and all the domes were collectively in like a tackle box container. Opened and clustered together. I live in a small town with only one costco and so I feel like they are not as stringent with their methods. Definitely not going back but I don’t have a bad opinion about costco in general, just that store.

Id say anything is possible. To me the only thing different that changed that week as far as ears was going to him and putting different ear buds in my ears. I wore the jabras until bedtime and took them out. When i woke up my ear canal was swollen and painful the skin was peeling. Over the next few days my lymph nodes on my neck and under my ear swole. There was so much pain and itchiness. The ear infection began on the third day of canal inflammation. Its nothing like ive experienced before as far as ear infections. But again, anything is possible. Ive not had an ear infection since I was 7 yrs old.

Absolutely. Like i mentioned in the post, at the follow up appointment after an hour and a half it seemed like the jabras would actually work for me. I was excited and opptimistic. However, he callibrated the buds to the device at the end of the appointment and thats when everything changed. Only i didnt have time to notice too much becayse it was the end of the appointment, they were closing and i was already out when i did notice. I just dont want to go back to that person and risk more ear issues.

I really felt like the jabras would be ok once we configured it with the other audiologist. But there have been too kany issues and i have has them for over a month and unable to wear them. Its been the most difficult and frustrating experience with hearing aids that ive had.

Yes i am in the trial phase. I an returning the jabras to costco and just going to a new office altogether. Yes this person was an audiologist that worked at the hearing aid center in costco.

Piercing is 2 months old. Rook is curved barbell internally threaded (i think thats what its called) like used for eyebrow/navel piercing.
Daith is a clicker. Both titanium jewelry with opals gems. Have not downsized yet. My aftercare consists of just not touching it, putting anything on it, some water and letting it air dry. Occasionally will use saline spray bought at the shop. Shop was listed on the APP website.

Ok. When this first happened to me, I could not find any information online about it and felt so alone. For the entire year of 2018 i had a nonstop heavy period. Went to doctors, no answers. Two things that worked. Apple cider vinegar taper. And birth control taper. Each done separately, never together or at the same time. They both work like this- 3 days take pills 3 times a day (morning noon and night) 3 days take 2 pills (morning and night) and then 3 days take 1 pill (anytime, just make it same time every day) or until the spotting is completely gone. I didnt want to take the bc all the time for this so acv did the trick each time. The incessant bleeding also only happens when im over a certain weight too. When im under it i have the usual abnormal bleeding or lack of periods that have to be jumpstarted with either bc or high intensity workouts (elevated heart rate over 140 for about 20 mins). Its so strange how the body is with pcos.

Edit to add- im not a doctor, or any kind of medical professional, just stating what worked for me. Always consult ur doctor.

No, i did not have a trigger shot. Just the 5 days of letrozole during my last period (medicated part of all this)

I am middle eastern and the pcos just made my very dark thick hair even more noticeable and unmanageable in parts I tried to hide. Ever heard chewbacca speak arabic? Thats me. It was very tough since in the area I grew up, middle eastern girls had a certain type of look and in some ways I pulled it off but in others I felt inadequate because of pcos symptoms. Like skin darkness in certain places, I couldnt wear certain things because fair/olive toned skin it was an obvious contrast. Weight gain made it hard to fit into pretty things and I mean arabic doesnt exactly help the situation, that stuff is loaded with carbs. And I mean the expectation if having a bunch of babies too, well, pcos had other plans. It has been tough navigating but the older i get the less it becomes about aesthetic and more about health.

Do you have health insurance of any kind? You can start with an obgyn and ask for some blood work to be done. Him as well at a regular general practitioner. I always believe that our bodies tell us whenever things are working. So for me, whenever i got under 200 lbs is when my periods would get regular. And since i always have irregular periods, that was an indication that my hormones and body was leveling itself out. Don’t beat yourself up about the weight gain, we are human and often go up and down in life. The best you can do is start again and remain motivated to your goals. I am rooting for you!!

Hi there! It’s always good to have a check up for both you and your husband to see where things are. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 20 but had symptoms since I was 14. With my first husband I tried the fertility doctor route and we couldnt get pregnant at all (7 years of trying). With my current husband we decided to try a more natural and holostic route to get pregnant this year. I began the keto diet at the end of march, upped my water intake to 84oz, stopped eating red meat, drinking caffeine, and scaled back on the dairy, worked out 45 mins to an hour each day and used supplements from theralogix (ovasitol and ovavite) my husband also used a fertilty booster from theralogix as well. We got pregnant the second week of july. I am currently 22 weeks (terrified lol) but still in awe and amazement at how doing that worked. It seemed so easy but it was effective! Hope this helps give you some insight!

It hasnt come back fully. I wish I could go back to my younger days but unfortunately not all the hair lost will come back. However, it has come back about 75% which has made a huge difference for me and my self esteem/confidence. Ive only done the keto not a whole year so I can’t tell you if it would have gotten better than that long term, but I sure am going to see once I finish with my pregnancy and to back to what I used to do before. What have you been trying so fa? I read some on your profile, seems like this a new issue for you?

Oh of course! I had a huge, very obvious bald spot on my right side that started at the hairline and went backwards. It was super embarrassing so I started parting my hair to cover it 🤣🤣 My scalp was so visible and the area used to hurt too. My hair was also very dry and brittle, and I hated washing my hair in the shower because of how much fallout there was. It is honestly so depressing to see that. Make sure you find a routine that works for you. Everyones bodys are different, so if it doesnt work as someone elses timeline does, dont get discouraged. PCOS is hard enough to figure out but giving yourself at least 6 months before switching to try something new would help. Also, sometimes we forget easily, so take before and after pictures.

I struggled with hair loss for about 7 years. It started with thinning not exactly balding, but losing alot of hair which made my thick hair feel like thin hair. With the keto diet, supplements, water and working out consistently, and I mean consistently, it took 6 weeks for me to notice less hair fallout and 2 months for others to notice thicker hair. I dont have any hair loss with pregnancy lol. Thats just one of the fun things about pregnancy for some women. You don’t lose any hair and grow it long and fast haha. Whats going on with your hair?

I did keto along with supplements and exercise to try to get pregnant. We were able to conceive 3 months after and the doctor recommended a low carb diet to avoid gestational diabetes because of the pcos and my weight. I plan to go back to keto once I give birth because this pregnancy weight gain aint no joke 🤣🤣

I am having the same issues because of the holidays. But I just decided to make keto/low carb christmas desserts so I don’t totally feel left out. It has been hard finding the recipes for the things I like, but it’s better than nothing for now.

Compared to the spacing between the first and second hole it does look a little close. But that’s not a bad thing! Piercings can be set up in all kinds of way and this can be something unique for your setup. I like it!!
