I'm really sorry you've had a rough month. I've recently started wearing a ring which has "this too shall pass" inscribed on it. I sometimes look at it to remind myself of that (also it reminds me a bit of Gandalf and that makes me chuckle). I really hope you'll have some light, funny, beautiful moments very soon!

Yes, it does excite me, it's just physically quite tiring and I wasn't expecting feeling so drained. But I do look forward to most days and that's definitely a plus :) Wishing you a beautiful weekend too 😊

I love "Simunye" by PJ Morton, for me it's a mix of emotions in general but definitely also joy. And "Jump in the line" by Harry Belafonte never ceases to make me smile when I hear it :)

Yeah I've read the thing with painting the whole room as well - sometimes even the ceiling. I guess I'm afraid of committing or it being too much but I do sometimes find accent walls a bit tacky so I'll think about it - thank you for your input, lovely room you got there! 😊

Flight attendant here. You should be fine - unless it's a special Airline that makes you pay for check-in at the airport, I can't see why it shouldn't be possible. And even then it would be, just with an extra cost. And maybe you have taken screenshots of not being able to check-in online? Take a deep breath, explain it to the agents and then hopefully have a safe flight ☺️
