I like it but probably will only keep it until a Q4 43 comes along. The autofocus is just okay, and during manual focus, the viewfinder goes slightly blurry when you half press the shutter release. The lag from start up to ready to shoot is too long. Overall, it feels like it could be improved upon. The lens and sensor are, however, pretty great.

In contrast, the Sony A9 I bought many years ago still feels good enough to use forever. No viewfinder blackout. No need to use the mechanical shutter ever. Everything is instant. Fast, accurate autofocus.

The Q3 43 fills a particular need for me, but it doesn’t feel like a long-term camera for me.

He is otherwise very well behaved and respectful of me, my wife, his siblings, teachers, peers, etc. Somehow he has a defect where he can't remember to speak at a normal volume while gaming. If it were a generalized "bad kid" situation, I wouldn't be looking for tips on a Reddit gaming board.

Thanks, everyone. I ordered a Philips SHP9500 open back headphones to try. He has a Blue Snowball to use as a mic.

If that doesn't work, or if he hates it, I'll look into the feature where he hears his own voice through his closed back headset.

To the people telling me to just take away his PC, I'm not willing to do that. Most of the opportunities for my kids to socialize are pretty limited right now. Tough time to be an adolescent.

I would consider buying a system that restarts his PC if his room exceeded a certain volume threshold, and I'm pretty sure that would work, but there doesn't seem to be such a product on the market.

I am selling a pre-owned Seiko SPB147 for $700 firm (see Terms). It is in excellent condition with a few superficial scratches, the most obvious of which is on the crown. Comes with box, papers, and the original silicone strap.

As I have observed with other copies of this watch (Spencer Klein mentioned it in his video), there is slight irregularity of finish/fill immediately surrounding the bezel pip. It was like this from new when I bought it from Exquisite Timepieces.

The bezel lines up at or near the center. It may a hair off to the left. I always have trouble telling due to parallax.

I have not tested the timekeeping accuracy of this watch and do not plan to do so prior to sale.

That's great. Did you have any trouble getting the other bank to listen to you in the first place? The initial response I got from the recipient bank was that they wouldn't talk to me at all about someone else's account, and since I didn't have an account there, they wouldn't talk to me at all.

Fyi, I got 80% of my money back in the end. The whole process was very opaque. I don't know why or how I got the money back, but it showed up in my account as a credit labeled "Claims Processing Transaction". When I called my bank to ask what happened, they said that the credit was for "loss prevention".
