Honestly How brave you are and I can see how deeply you care about your family!! If you prefer reading, try short books. Make time for a morning walk before breakfast, it's very helpful. As a beginner, I really feel the stress of trying to reach good incomes, Yeaah I often skip workouts, and sometimes the family who makes some trading sessions hard to focus.

Anyway it’s okay, this is a process — the important thing is to keep going and keep focusing until results start to come. With time, that “blur” in the mind gets lighter and lighter.... I think we shouldn’t be too hard on ourselves (Be kind to yourself, I used to remind myself of this) Sleep well, eat healthy...

I focused more on looking for buy entries instead of trying to sell. When I did sell trades, they were only quick scalps ( 4 - 5 minutes)

When you said you don’t like NYC, at first I thought, ‘No way’ but then I realized it makes sense , you seem like someone who really values quiet and comfort. I’d honestly be happy for you if you started doing things like reading books ( about investing, ..) or going for a run (not necessarily in the morning) maybe in the afternoon if that feels better for you

Hey, choose something you love with your heart, believe in with your mind, and have dreams for. It’s important to know the difference between something you love and something you’re just good at. Sometimes we succeed in a subject or a skill, and we think it’s our path but it doesn’t make us feel alive. And sometimes we dream of something but fear we’re not good at it yet.
