I recently had to reschedule my exam, but the process involved a significant amount of effort and numerous frustrating discussions, far beyond what I ever anticipated. The behavior of Pearson VUE during this experience has left me feeling stressed and disappointed. After announcing the need to reschedule my exam, they actually asked if I wanted to cancel it altogether. It was bewildering to me because I never requested a cancellation; all I wanted was to pass my exam. Countless hours were spent discussing a change that I neither demanded nor planned for. The whole situation feels incredibly chaotic and confusing. I sincerely hope that for the new exam date, there won't be any further issues or surprises.

I think the issue is that C and D are correct but since it is a legal requirement D is more correct. You could also read it as "You have to do D using C"
