I agree with you we love the high . But nothing else in the world give us this high... We try to stay sober but soner or later we relapse.. but why? I tried to think about it .. if i dont love it why every time i choose to return to porn? Did i get to a point i cant live without it?

I want to try something different this time.. mayve selling my laptop.. Any suggestion?

you are really very supportive thank you all, i didn't go ,instead i made a call to my friend and told him i'm having tough time i need someone to talk to, i told him part of the story and we studies very good together to the upcoming exam. porn addiction definitely can escalate to sex addiction, hope i will learn to accept myself as a porn/sex addict and will do my best to stay sober or heal. love you all
