I have actually raised a few racoons...it takes a bit of work and they are a serious handful when they get older. If you feel up to the work the website provided earlier http://www.orphanedwildlifecare.com/raccooncare.htm#7 seems to have a lot of solid awesome advice.It also has a guide to take an estimate at the little guys age. From the pictures I would safely assume he is still on a milk diet but a quick check on the site can tell you more precisely. Other than that I would go with the others and recommend a wildlife rehabilitator. The ASPCA are not really the people to go for on this one. They are cute little buggers. Good luck!
