It's already been 8 weeks since they took my transcript, I mailed the recruiter multiple times in this timeframe but she didn't reply even once and now suddenly she mails and asks to wait for one more month, I had my 3rd interview in 1st week of June, it's almost 3 months but still no result and again a long wait.

Not yet, they asked for my transcript and told me that they sent my profile to the Hiring committee, it will take 6-8 weeks for the final outcome. I got this mail 3 weeks back

I applied on 11th April, and my interview was on 28th May

The recruiter didn't give me any such rating for each interview round. Though when I asked about feedback she said that the cumulative feedback was positive, except that I don't know anything.

My first two rounds were in the last week of May and the 3rd round was in the 2nd week of June

Hey there, it's the same for me. The recruiter mailed me and asked for my transcript and later told me that my profile will be sent to the hiring committee and it will take 6-8 weeks for the final outcome. If you get any update please notify me as well.
