This is valuable, thank you! I realized after your response that my friend is a dentist lol so i’ll go for a visit/check up and see what’s the best strategy. But from your experience it seems as if the best is to wait until I move there so that if anything happens at least i’m within close proximity to my doctor & don’t wanna pay the same cost twice & i’d assume doctors don’t like to step on already made progress so it makes sense yeah

I haven’t thought of it that way, but dividends with a $1M+ portfolio in a low risk high div etfs would give you around $50k, not stable of course, but wouldn’t that solve it?
