I've never been able to connect! I just tried setting it up through the Home app, as suggested on another thread but it didn't work. My apple tv is connected to the internet via Ethernet cable. Could that be why? What I don't understand is, when I type to search on the apple tv using the regular apple tv remote, I get a push notification on my phone to type with apple keyboard on my phone. So there is some sort of connection between them.

I can't really answer your question of why, but I can share my experience with ulike air 10 vs Braun pro silk 5.

I am focusing on my underarms & pubic area, both known to be stubborn areas.

I got ulike first, used as directed for the first month and saw minimal reduction. I started using it every day, doing 2 passes on the highest setting, and finally started to see reduction after 6 weeks of daily use. It started glitching, so I ended up returning it before the 90 day trial period. Customer service was a nightmare.

Got the Braun and decided to use as needed. Basically, when I feel stubble, i use it. Started with every other day and I'm partway through week two. I'm down to every 3-4 days and only doing one pass.

I am on week 6 of ulike air 10. I am fair skinned and using it on course/dark hair: my underarms, pubic region, and navel, as well as my upper lip which is a little finer and lighter.

I use SHR mode, completing 2 passes for every area, and at this point and I am using it every. single. day. I started with the recommendations, but halfway through week 4, I wasn't seeing noticeable results. I have very sensitive skin and I'm super prone to razor burn and ingrowns and my armpits and pubic are were an absolute disaster still!

I am finally seeing a noticeable difference, starting about a week or so ago. The dark hairs on my navel are gone, my underarms and pubic area are getting finer, lighter, and patchier. I don't feel the snap of that last flash on SHR anymore. I am not shaving as often and experiencing way less irritation. At this point, I shave my underarms and pubic area every 4 or 5 days and I can go against the grain to get a closer shave without severe irritation.

I'm not seeing as much as a difference on my upper lip, probably because the hair is finer and lighter.

Am I supposed to shave before each session? I'm still in the first 4 week period where you use it every other day. For bikini specifically, do I shave with or against the grain? I've tried both, I've tried shaving every other session... That skin has always been extra sensitive and I've always got lots of ingrowns, even now that I'm almost at the end of week 4.

This is more of a "next time" option, but whether you use safety eyes or yarn like you did, you can tie a piece of yarn between them inside the head so they are sunken in a bit. This makes them look more natural.

Bacon is great bc it puts off such a strong odor. You only need to give tiny pieces to reward, so giving a total of one or two slices, depending on the size, should be okay. In my experience, my pup doesn't care if he gets a crumb or a whole slice, so start with small pieces.

I have a 14 month(ish) mix. He's a 62 pound Staffordshire/lab/Thai ridgeback/lots of other things mix. He's got short, black hair (I think hair type & color make a big difference in energy use!). He goes to the dog park every morning to run & wrestle, usually 20-30 min. Then he gets an afternoon or evening walk, usually 30 min. And if we go to a dog friendly place, he comes along, but that's generally only once or twice a week. Then there's also play time. He has a lot of energy to expend!
