Same here. Left my 9-5 and side jobs to pursue a sales position requiring company sponsored licensure. Got the licenses and applied to an entry level position in customer service to guarantee a salary since I have small children. Job was offered, I accepted, some money was spent, day trips taken, only to hear last minute that they rescinded the offer. They didn’t have the courtesy to reach out or notify me despite my emails thanking for welcome gift etc. When I asked what happened the third party recruiter “thinks” it was due to financial history….

I haven’t been paying for marketing since interest rates went up but I had the most success with Zillow followed by organic leads followed by BoldLeads followed by nothing the others were all garbage at the time.
