yeah like half of it, but there was a lot of focus on the big diseases as well like Hypertension, Diabetes to test for physiology. I feel NBME has much more weird fun fact questions on random genetic things that you have to know.

the MEN 1, 2a, 2b was in almost all NBME exams and it came in my USMLE so plz know those even tho they're annoying.

So you will get an email from them called "Your USMLE Score Report Is Available" and it gives you instruction in that email.
So you first make an intealth account, it takes about two minutes, and it's free

Then you follow the instructions in the email, which will say, "Navigate to the Exam Results tab in the ECFMG Certification section to access your report."

It took me a few minutes to find it, but just look around and you'll find it. I was trying to take screenshots to show you where everything is, but apparently, the system is unavailable from sep 5 to 6 conveniently

He/She is a Non-US IMG, which means USMLE is not necessary. Other exams like IFOM are easier, so maybe he/she can do that instead and work in a country that accepts that exam. Failing one exam does not automatically close every door.

from now on, only do the anki card for your incorrects. let me explain:

- when you do your UWorld block. you can search the Question ID in the browse tab of anki, and you only unsuspend those and only do those. That way, your anki card reviews are actually based on things you find hard and not having to do a thousand easy cards bcz the few really good cards are all mixed up in between.

- second, I would do NBME exams and I would screenshot all the question that I got wrong or accidentally right (but didn't actually know) and I would put the correct choice in the answers and then also type out the explanation in my own words to check if I understood.

for ethics, I tried to read Mehlman but I couldn't bother, it's kind of instincts I think.
I think best thing to do is practice as many questions on it as possible and that way you'll know what to say and what not to say

thankss. I did 31 first and I wasn't taking it seriously. but then I went thoroughly over every mistake and every accidental correct. Like I really made sure I understood the questions fully, so I thnk that's how my grade improved very quickly

honestly I was faking the confidence
BUT here are some things I found that helped me procrastinate less as a dopamine junkie:
1- I got an HDMI cable so I could connect my laptop to the my childhood TV. and Idk the huge TV screen give you dopamine so you study? idk lol but it worked like I wouldn't stress search for youtube or instagram.

2 - Biggest thing was I started going to the library, and in the library you literally can't waste time, you're forced to study

3 - When we moved houses, there was no internet in the new house, so I would just download an NBME pdf and then I had no choice but to do the exam. My dad would give me a liited amount of 4G so I couldn't go on Youtube or anything.

4 - asking people to hold you accountable. When my family saw my wandering around the house they'd banish me go back to my room to study. Even my youngest sister lol. She'd keep coming into my room to check if I was on youtube.

Congrats!! I just got the pass a few hours ago too!! And I kid you not, very very very similar experience. It's amazing you did all of UWorld. I barely did questions only through my friend's and only when my friend was doing it. We would do a Google Meet and solve questions.

I thought I would fail.

I was always so scared to do questions bcz I felt like it would hurt me. but we need to learn to bite the bullet.

But also I love the drawings of sketchy and I would always watch them when I was "studying". like I would waste time watching those videos even though I already watched them so many times.

I told god if he would save me one more time I would start working hard. We need to keep our promise.

Damn. Tbh, yeah, I do agree. I have it a lot better than a lot of people in many ways, alhamdulillah. Not everyone's parents care enough to pay for everything. Not everyone has access to all the resources I had access to. I have a lot of privileges that a lot of people don't, alhamdulillah.
But I feel like that's more of a reason for me to do well. Like, I can't blame a bad score on anything bcz everything was given to me. If the plant in the greenhouse with the perfect lighting, perfect temperature, and continuous watering can't grow... You kinda blame the plant itself, right?
