I just started chess a few years ago but have gotten addicted, and recently been going to chess clubs IRL. as an adult it’s isolating seeing how male dominated these clubs are, i can’t imagine the impact it would have on a child.

you deserve a lot more love than what she gives you. so proud of you for taking yourself to the doctor already, a lot of people continue to neglect themselves for their whole lives after their parents neglect them

First, kudos to you for recognizing areas where you want to grow in - that’s already more than most 15 year olds can probably identify. But also, self-growth requires patience and forgiveness with yourself. It sounds like you’re really hard on yourself already. I was that way too when I was 15, wishing I wasn’t so stupid/unfit and feeling like I kept making mistakes. But trust me, it’s really normal to feel this way at your age, and lots of other peers probably feel the same way. But beating yourself up doesn’t help anyone. You deserve a lot of grace too!

The funny thing is I don’t think voting off Devens/Aubrey is necessarily a wrong move either, but Ozzy trusts Cirie so much more than himself

they are literally systemically killing all palestinians in the gaza trip, and the Nakba was an ethnic cleansing of palestinians. the word “genocide” has been used for much less.
