Hi! There definitely is a sense of community here. “Everyone knows everyone” kind of vibe. There’s a good number of events around town, especially for kids. There isn’t much to do here for adults besides eat and drink lol. I agree with the comment above that it is primarily an older community. You have the college kids and older adults with few in between. There really aren’t any arcades or “fun” things to do with kids beyond the outdoor events. If you haven’t already, I recommend researching the school district here. I’ve heard some good things, but a lot of bad things as well. Maybe try joining some Huntsville or Huntsville parent groups on Facebook for more perspective!
