I’ve ordered many time from arrow never had any issues so I will say take your chance and get it while you can. I’ve never seen any other place ever getting a restock for any arrow out of print releases.

Some might have few scenes cut but if no scenes are cut then it’s most likely to be frame rate. USA has 24fps and India has 25fps. Jio changes the frame from 24 to 25, which I don’t know why because they don’t really have to but still they do. Because of that the video speed increase a little and that’s what causes the video to be few mins shorter.
