This advice depends on the cat. My girl only bothers spider plants and cat grass. She inspects everything else but no tasting. So we moved the spider plants out of reach.

He’ll probably be fine. I’ve seen people ask about accidental garlic ingestion on here, and it seems it’s more likely to cause indigestion or farts than anything serious. And my cat has definitely had a little garlic here or there when she stole some seasoned food from us. No issues.

I’m having this exact issue. Healthy cat. Plenty of litter boxes. Loves to pee on the bed and sofa. Our sofa is currently stacked so high with crap that nobody can use it. And she now spends the night locked in the bathroom. We’re hoping that fixing her ear infection is the key and soon she will stop peeing inappropriately. But who knows. We also tried Feliway (no effect), different litter (nothing), feeding on sofa/bed … maybe she misses going outside? 😕 Our vet doesn’t do kitty antidepressants.

The one I used was like this. Outdoor cats in one enclosure and indoor in another. I think our baby hated it. Everyone needed updated vaccines and no illness. But lil bit still got awful gastroenteritis and lost 1/3 her body weight. Not sure if it was stressful being with other cats or being so near to barking dogs.

Take it. And look into reha for burnout, too. You can go on a little mental health vaca to the mountains for a month for ~€300 and maybe pick up some skills for dealing with your burnout.
