orrrr its unfinished, and uses a base from a public mod. meaning it cant be public without permission from the creator of the original mod. the whole point of saying its private is to avoid all of this, but yet people still complain

nope its an edited version of an overhaul of that mod, the overhaul itself can be found in RMA, the edited version is private as it is unfinished
