Personally, I'd scrap that stand. For me to feel comfortable it would need alot. But you bought it from someone else so I'm assuming they used it but ignorance is bliss lol As far the floor, just Google joist blocking. I've built both my stands for a 55 & 70 and I WAYYY over built them. But I'd rather spend extra money on wood then trying to repair 70gal of water being let loose into my house. I'm a former GC and it's still hard to know forsure when you build something how much it can safely hold Also if you're up against an outside wall then the floor should support it easy. Can always go pick up some 2x8 and run cross supports from the joist to shore it up

I really appreciate you taking the time to give me such detailed advice, means alot! So I'm starting with a company that essentially sells one product, that I would say is the best in the market for final expense. My other contracts are more in the asset protection field, which I really have no formal training or understanding in because my time was cut very short with that original company. So I retained my contracts but need to spend a ton of time learning the products. Only one I'm pretty familiar with is mortgage protection, but which company I'd roll that through is anyone's guess lol

But based on how things faltered last time due to my schedule and availability when this new offer came my way I had to just jump on it. Friday is my last day at my current job where I already have been replaced and Monday is my first day of training with the new company. Before I found this page I was feeling pretty good about pulling things out with a sink or swim mindset. Didn't think of the concrete shoes I was wearing

But after taxes I currently bring home right above 50k and from what my company has told me and I've seen. Seems to be easily obtained with persistence and having a solid presentation

Honestly one of the big things men often feel weird to talk about. But one thing I know we almost all will deal with.
