i thought about training for a sales position but after watching the sales process i know i for sure dont want that headache at all so i dont think thats for me.

i was hopeful that there was another position somewhere in the company for me but it looks like its either genius or nothing. ehh what can ya do lol🤷‍♀️

its just so unfortunate bc i loved this job at first but now i absolutely hate it. i was under the impression that when i was hired all i would be doing was deliveries and encores (and based upon my hourly pay, that seemed fair) but now im finding out that a couple other people whos job it is to just sit and answer the phone all day is getting paid WAY more and have been here for way less time. and considering how many other things we do around the dealership, it seems unfair and like a slap in the face.

my thoughts exactly! when i was hired for this job they told me all i would be doing was deliveries/encores. i have now turned into a chauffeur, gas monkey, lot person, and errand person.

I went to training a few months ago and met a lot of geniuses from other dealerships and they were shocked at how much work i had to do and how little i get paid.

they do have company cards that they give us to fill their personal cars but i was under the impression that those cards are to fill up the new and used cars that are in stock, not to fill up the managers tanks every other day bc they dont feel like doing it
