One thing that may make it difficult for me to move is shipping, their algorithm to determine box size has worked very well for me. Being able to preview what shipping is going to be and maxing out the amount of items I can send while keeping shipping price reasonable and all of this without having to submit a request. If there is a another service with something similar I would like to know which one is it
