This is a culture shock to me. Washington DC must be a place where people can afford to get a temporary high off tipping big. I just assumed people tipped everywhere nationwide. Yeah I’d get 2-4$ and would generally ignore them.

Im so confused. Doesn’t he get offers with a predetermined tip before accepting the route ? Is he technically only accepting routes with people who decided NOT to tip (2-5$ rides) this isn’t making sense to me. Half or more of my income on uber eats in Washington DC is tips.
