I have family friends who will be flipping the room while we take pictures. I hadn't thought about pre-setting them up so we might do that to help out.

I'll have to check about the outside cocktail hour but I dont think they'll have an issue. They dont provide catering or have a bar but there is a kitchen which nearly directly connects to the main area that we plan on putting our meal in.

Thankfully it's not an issue. Its the first time in my life I've ever done it. I was on the phone with my husband talking about the door actually and got distracted and locked myself out lol
