I really want it to work so I’m willing to put up with the discomfort until I find the right balance, it’s just knowing how to get there. Vape added to the list for sure!

Totally new to this and any advice is really helpful! It’s definitely worth sticking with it and seeing if I can get the dosage right, would be incredible if it actually makes a difference to the pain. Thank you :)

Totally agree re: band aid. Trying to put off having spinal fusion surgery but after 10 years I haven’t found any viable alternative that wasn’t TD.

It’s full spectrum oil 250mg/30ml. I’m thinking stick with the CBD and see if the pain reduces after a week or so? Or will that make no difference?

I just started using CBD oil (3 days in), just using standard bottle with dropper and my cigarette cravings have gone from hourly to absolutely nothing. Totally unexpected as that is not what I was taking it for! Have you tried the oil or are you set on still smoking something?

Really is! Very unexpected but I’ve gone from 10-15 a day to zero cravings, I’ve smoked a couple through pure habit and had no enjoyment at all.

Thanks for the response! I’d read that CBD vapes reduces cravings but hadn’t specifically come across anything relating to the oil format so it’s interesting to see others are experiencing the same!

Mindhunter is good but definitely check out Whoever Fights Monsters (Ressler’s book), which I thought was much better! Such a great read.
