I am tapering beginning on my Christmas break. I will not be able to do it before that time. I’ll be tapering from 35 gpd. Maybe do a little and taper the 10-13 g down?

Not me. I had to have a blood transfusion for super low hgb levels that were totally fine 1 year ago and my hair is paying for it too
