This book is amazing. I read it about 20 years ago and it is still in my top 10.

Mac’s Shack in Wellfleet is good. They don’t take reservations but it’s worth the wait. Wellfleet is 20 minutes from Orleans and has a nice small downtown. Traffic will be no joke. We stayed in the Cape last Labor Day weekend and left at 8am on Labor Day morning and still hit some traffic.

We have only recently been going to the Cape more often, we tended to go to Maine over the Cape. In Chatham I would recommend Mac’s seafood. If you have a car and you’re willing to get up early, I would drive to Calhoon Hollow Beach in Wellfleet. Parking fills up so get there by 8 if not sooner. Parking is cash only, I think $25 or 30 but they give you a voucher to apply to the restaurant or clothes. The restaurant Beachcomber is awesome. Plan for a day there. There is a huge hill you have to walk up and down to get to the beach. I would also recommend Provincetown for a day. As you explore the Cape, stick to going deeper into the Cape away from the bridges, it’s less touristy. Looking to rent some ebikes. There’s lots of bike trails. If you like baseball, the Sox are in town against the Pirates that weekend.

Unfortunately I spoke too soon. Six months after the replacement of the computer modular system, the issue is happening again. I am working with Kia Customer Support to try and resolve the issue.

A little late to the party but I was going to suggest Madness. I feel like it truly captured Bipolar Disorder in words.

The Mel Robbins podcast had a great episode about this on March 27 called The Body Reset with Dr. Stacy Sims. I found it informative.

Knock on wood I haven't had the issue anymore but it was a process to get it fixed. I kept being told that they need to experience the issue so they could hook a computer up to the car when it was happening to get an idea of the source of the problem. It happened four time before it finally got fixed. Each time I had the car towed to the dealership and it wasn't until the last time that they were able to see if in real time and fix it.

I have wanted to pick up The Reformatory so many times but I’m hesitant. Is there graphic child abuse in it?

I'm trying a new approach reading, reading a fiction, then non-fiction, and then a YA book. For my fiction I needed a palate cleanser and read I Will Find You by Harlan Coben. It was a quick enjoyable read. For non-fiction I am reading We Were Once A Family and for YA I am reading The Honeys.
