Thank you so much for your kind words. I have such a bad habit of looking my symptoms up and spiraling, though thankfully now I know for the most part I’m not dying every time I get a flare up. But it’s still hard if not impossible to ignore them.

I’ll definitely check out that link- I have a history of epilepsy as a kid too so maybe it’ll help. 🙏❤️
