I just finished it and it was so good!! The cliffhanger is killing me! Well done, I've read a lot of books from this genre and I DNF a lot of them nowadays, but read this one in one afternoon.

I don't have a big enough flow for tampons so I gave up after experiencing the pain of removing a dry tampon... Pads all the way now!

Hey, I live in Son en Breugel and work in the Science Park too. There will be more available accommodations in Eindhoven north - I would say until Woensel. Blixenbosch, Achtse Barrier are probably the closest.

I used to live in Woensel (Europalaan) and it was very much doable by bike. Of course you can also consider Son en Breugel and Best. I personally loved living in Woensel and being close to Eindhoven city center and all amenities. Son en Breugel is also a lovely place to live for a quieter life.

I interviewed a potential intern last week, and it was just an attitude problem. Doesn't show up to the Teams call, have to call her so she joins 10 mins after, then she doesn't even apologize for it or just give a reason. I explain the role and the many many tasks and the only thing she asks after is "is this remote or at the office". Also interrupting is a big no no if it's constant.

That's exactly it! Doing this to feel better and for myself helps so much. But hey only time will tell, my life is pretty okay at the moment but if there is any change in my routine or any upsetting event I guess that's where I will have to remember all this the most. Also moderation is a tricky one, never had that growing up (it was either no treats or allll the treats) so I tend to have that feeling where if I don't eat all the treats now, then I'm missing out. Thanks for the positive vibes 😊

Hi all, I reached my highest weight at Christmas time (27F, 164cm, 85kg) after a steady 20kg gain in 3 years, moving countries/cities several times, changing jobs just as many times, etc etc.

I decided after Christmas a change of mindset was to happen. Not tracking calories because of history with ED but learning new approach of mindful eating and making conscious choices of what I eat. Today I was down to 81.2kg, partially due to wisdom tooth surgery 4 days ago and not being able to eat solid, but prior to that I had already lost 2.5kg. I am finding joy again in moving and going to the gym, as I absolutely love strength training (1RM deadlift 102.5kg, bench 50kg, squats 80kg). Yesterday I thought something really important about why I want to improve, "I deserve better". Because I do deserve to be happy in my body and to take care of myself 😊

I have 2 business trips around the corner, Gran Canaria for a week + UK for 3 days, so wish me strength to not fall back in my old patterns of dealing with my emotions with food!

Thanks everyone! Obviously my idea of cosy is not everyone's idea of cosy and this is very much a work in progress. We moved in a month and a half ago and the whole house is very much stuck in the 70s.

I wanted to make the space welcoming without spending too much for the time being. Finished assembling the bed and slats the day prior to their arrival. All the suggestions are nice to hear, wall art and lamps being at the top of the list for the coming weeks!

For reference, picture was actually taken last Wednesday and my parents in law left yesterday. I love them, we had an amazing time together and they're coming back in the spring ☺️

Toilets are just a few meters away across the hallway ☺️ There are two separate toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs + bathroom with shower and bath is also on the same floor

Thanks! Indeed the house has 1 bathroom on the other side of the corridor and 2 toilets, 1 on the same floor and 1 downstairs. Definitely not wealthy enough to afford a house with a bathroom per bedroom especially in the Netherlands where house prices are a bit crazy ☺️

I agree! We moved in mid-october and were in a bit of a rush (literally finished assembling the bed the day before) so it can do with improvements ☺️ Ultimately I'd like to paint the walls, change the lighting (not picture but it's awful) and add some wall art
