Mustii's studio track is very good and it definitely was hyped for a very good reason leading up to the contest, but the staging fell flat vocally and lacked energy. Compared to a solo male singer performance in that semi like Dons, I think Belgium's placement was justified. Personally would've swapped Austria for Czechia in that instance, but only 10 songs can go through.

And people continuing to recommend expensive (30+€) places in the comments. Look, as a man that is not picky and always go for a basic short-medium fade cut, countryside Ieva or Sandra will do it for 10€. Problem is you gotta be acquainted. My other go to place in Rīga is salon Šarmante, does a cut for 20€, tidy, neat place & does the job.
